Ms. Sellers retired in June 2009 from Miami-Dade County Public Schools after 35 years, the last 13 years as Registrar of Coral Reef Senior High School. Prior to joining M-DCPS, she attended Spokane Community College to become the first female police office in Spokane, Wash. In 2008, she was named M-DCPS "Office Employee of Year." Ms. Sellers has three children and 12 grandchildren.
Octavio Campos
Visual & Performing Arts Coordinator

Miami-born Cuban American Octavio Campos is a multidisciplinary artist and the A&M’s Coordinator of Visual and Performing Arts Programs. Prior to coming to A&M, he served on the dance, theater and music faculties of the New World School of the Arts for 15 years. Mr. Campos studied dance and composition at the State University of New York at Purchase, The Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, Folkwang Tanzstudio of Pina Bausch in Germany, and the Lincoln Center Director's Lab in New York City. He was honored at the Berliner Theater Festival in 2001 for his choreography and has received numerous fellowships and grants, including the Miami Choreographer's Fellowship for 2005 and the State of Florida’s Interdisciplinary Artist award for 2009. He has collaborated with luminaries Robert Wilson, Birgitta Trommler, Philip Glass, William Buroughs, Tom Waits, Jorge Guerra, Cirque Du Solei and Vivienne Newport, among others. Upon his return to Miami from an extensive performance career in Europe, Russia and South America, Campos founded the interdisciplinary performance ensemble, Camposition Inc. (www.camposition.org).
