Chorus Camp – Directed by Christina Alexander   ($30)

Come sing with us. Students will be introduced to each other and learn the basics of what is expected of a singer at A & M. 

Theater Camp – Directed by Larry Villanueva   ($30)

Monday, August  2 – Friday, August  6, 2010 - 9 a.m.-12:30 a.m. - For A & M Theater Students ONLY  

This theater workshop is an introduction to theater covering the basic principles of acting: imagination, concentration, given,  circumstances, objectives/obstacles, improvisation, sense memory, emotional recall, and professionalism. The student will learn how to prepare a monologue which will be performed at the end of the course.

Instrumental Music Camp - Directed by Dr. Sam Lussier   ($50)

Friday, August 13 – Saturday, August 14, 2010 8 a.m.-4 p.m.  - OPEN TO ALL 

Guest Teachers include:  Dr. Jamie Ousley (Bass, Cello), Dr. Federico Bonacossa (Guitar), Mr. John Kricker (Low Brass), Mr. David Fernandez (Saxophone, Jazz Improvisation), Mr. Tom Moore (violin), Mr. Gary Gottfried (Oboe, English Horn, Flute), Mr. Tom Moore (Violin, Viola)

Orchestra and Band (including percussion and guitar) students will prepare for next year's activities and competitions, sight-read new music, and enjoy fun activities to get to know each other. 

Dance Camp – Directed by Karin Bejerano   ($30)

Friday,  August 20 – Saturday, 21, 2010 - 10 a.m.-1 p.m. - For A & M Dance Students ONLY

Dance Students will receive classes in Ballet, Jazz, Modern and improvisation. This is a great way to get back in shape before school starts.  Proper dance dress required; for details see www.aandm.net.
